Hey I’m Kelly, my personal passion for fitness and my own goal to step on stage as an NZIFBB bikini bodybuilder led me into the personal training & nutrition field.

My drive and dedication to increase my own knowledge to better my own physic found me wanting to educate and help others to hit their own fitness goals.

As a REP's qualified person trainer my specialty is in hypertrophy (muscle building), body composition, weight training and fat loss.

Accredited Sports Nutrition for fat loss, muscle building, athletes pre/in season/post competition preparation.

Online coaching or face to face available for both fields of expertise.

When you don't see me in the gym I will be on the salon floor as a hairdresser or out socializing with friends and family.

I absolutely fell in love with the gym and my passion quickly became to help others do the same. Weight training and callisthenics are my jam.

Hey I’m Paul, my journey into health and fitness began eight years ago, just before the birth of my second eldest. I had always been active throughout school and had a natural love for movement, but I lacked consistency and often cycled through different diets without long-term results.

Everything changed after the birth of my twins, when at 5 months postpartum,  I met GJ. With his support, I began training more consistently. It was challenging at first, but through time, dedication, and guidance, I found my rhythm and started seeing real progress.

That was five years ago. Since then, I’ve developed a love for health and fitness. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors like GJ and Sasha Hill, whose knowledge and support have helped shape my journey.

I'm currently completing my personal training certification through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness, which im expected to finish in mid-May.

My focus is on coaching women, particularly those new to the gym or fitness, because I know just how life changing a healthy, active lifestyle can be. It doesn't just benefit the person. It positively impacts their families and communities as well.
